If you’d like, I can borrow a set of your keys so you don’t have to be there. This allows you to go about your day with peace of mind.

Day visits to your home. Perfect for busy days when your dog needs company and routine care.
Regular updates, exercise (including 2 one-hour walks), feeding, and lots of attention from 09:00 to 15:00. If your dog only needs one walk or a shorter time with company, I can provide that as well.
Home Sitting
Overnight care at your home. I stay with your dog, provide walks, feeding, and companionship.
Includes all routine care plus peace of mind that your home is in good hands while you’re away.

Why is your pricing higher than marketplace rates?
My pricing reflects professional-grade service: comprehensive insurance coverage, DBS checks, small group sizes (max 3 dogs), and guaranteed punctuality. You’re paying for peace of mind and reliable, consistent care — not the cheapest option, but the most trustworthy.
What’s your cancellation policy?
24+ hours notice: no charge. Less than 24 hours: 50% fee. Same day cancellation: full fee. I’m flexible with genuine emergencies, and your first short-notice cancellation may be waived at my discretion.
What happens in an emergency?
I’ll contact you immediately. With your pre-authorisation, I can take your dog to your preferred vet for emergency treatment. I strongly recommend pet insurance. For uninsured dogs, I require a signed waiver pre-authorising emergency veterinary care.
Do you let dogs off-lead?
Currently, all dogs remain on-lead for safety and insurance compliance. This ensures maximum control and security for your dog.
How do I book?
Call, WhatsApp, or email me to discuss your needs. I’ll arrange an initial meet-and-greet, we’ll complete the service agreement, and schedule your first walk.
What areas do you cover?
Currently I serve clients within approximately 2 miles of Guildford High Street (walkable radius). I plan to expand coverage in the future.
Do you have availability on weekends?
Yes, subject to availability. Weekend and bank holiday bookings carry a +25% surcharge. I recommend booking weekend slots well in advance.
Can you walk my dog with others?
Yes, I walk up to 3 dogs at a time. Each household pays the standard rate (£20 for one dog, +£5 for a second dog from the same household). Dogs from different households can be walked together if compatible.
What if my dog doesn’t get along with other dogs?
No problem! I can arrange solo walks for dogs that prefer individual attention or have reactivity issues. Just let me know during the initial consultation.
Do I need to provide anything?
I carry poo bags, water, and basic supplies. You provide your dog’s lead/harness (I’ll check it’s secure), house key if I’m collecting from home, and emergency contact information. Treats are optional — let me know your preference!
